You can enter anyone's Minecraft username and up pops their skin, which is freely editable from there. It uses the same interface as SkinEdit too!

There's so many of these popping up in the forums now... We should have a dedicated thread for posting up URL's to Skin Editors. Keep 'em all in one spot.
