Java 7 (codename Dolphin) is an upcoming major update to Java, it has been launched on July 7 of 2011 and will be made available on July 28, 2011. The development period is organized into thirteen milestones; on February 18, 2011, milestone 13, the last milestone was reached.

Once installed, you can launch Minecraft in your normal way.
You can also check your installation by going to a command prompt and typing
"java -version"

Change line:
start "Minecraft Launcher V1.0 - Broonie (X64) (www.crazy-fools.co.uk)" "%PROGRAMFILES%\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xmx2G -Xms1G -cp Minecraft.jar net.minecraft.LauncherFrame
To:
start "Minecraft Launcher V1.0 - Broonie (X64) (www.crazy-fools.co.uk)" "%PROGRAMFILES%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xmx2G -Xms1G -cp Minecraft.jar net.minecraft.LauncherFrame
Then save the file, and away you go.
