Unresticted PvP is fully permitted in the Nether [AKA Hell] unless its in a building owned by that player, you must respect that it is their property and remain off it.

So am i understanding this correctly. As long as i am in a building i created in the Nether, noone can kill me or blow up the building as that would kill me, but if i am not in the building people can blow it up?

Rules are on the list to be updated, as far as I'm aware the current rule is unrestricted PvP outside of the safe zone.
