Just after some opinions so if y'all could give an honest opinion it would be massivly appreciated.

Essentially the Idea is a Creative clan for creating just about anything.

All ideas would be accepted and opinions gathered from other clan members.

The Clan would have No PVP presence on the server for stuff like these apparent 'clan wars'.

The aim of this Clan would not be to create competition with others, just somewhere fun for people to build.

No Members would be obliged to help out with the builds.

All would be welcome. This Includes any from the PVP clans, without them leaving their own clan

The Clan would have leadership only for the purposes of organisation and administration.

Members would be welcome to take whatever role they wish, although of course people with different specialities would be useful.

Probably missed a whole load of things, but please I aint asking people to ask yet, as the clan does not and may not exist as of yet, but all opinions from everyone would be massively appreciated.

ninjan, this sounds much like the community in general. Instead of grouping people together under a clantag, why not just think up some fun community projects? It's been mentioned on several occasions that we lack some good community projects, so this is a good an excuse as any to jump start them.

A Damn good point, but the issue is motivating people to chip in on community builds because as you said, we are lacking in community builds and it really is a shame, although yes I also think I'm scrapping the 'clan' idea.

A motivation should be the finished product itself. I've had some ideas myself, but I'm not ready to start on them myself yet. But if there's some fun projects other people are doing, I don't mind getting involved. Problem is: most people are building either private projects, or projects that doesn't really require other people to help.

To involve a whole community, you need something big. Something really big.

Like tet's Tetra City on the previous map. Now that was fun, and loads of people chipped in to clear a load of land first, before even more joined in to build their own Skyscrapers. That was one of my favorite community builds from the previous map.

I'm not saying we should copy/paste that work, just saying that's the kind of big you're looking for.

This Is a lot what CotM is. We are a free creative clan with only a few rules to keep it from being chaos, and we never war.

Plus, we have 36 members

Tried this with Oasis Ninjan if you remember. im game m8, so defo count me in.
I think a good start would be to propose some ideas and agree on location.
Get a confirmed list of names to start with.
Have a design we can all understand and go with
Organise Responsibilities
Possibly Communicate Build times/Meet times so we know when to be on-line and be involved.

The SIA may seem like a war clan but were really like a creative clan aswell, building many genius builds (Titanic)
the So called War is Not appealing to me anyway so... it seems Titanic 2.0 is coming early

Well Psy, if we end up building something like that count me in, but community builds sound awesome.

A community build thats a giant house, with scaled up blocks. I love it. With TNT the highest we could go is 7 blocks, and if we do go ahead with this idea, could I do a giant chest, with a giant lockette sign?
