Hey everyone! Ive got a pretty cool ccommunity project idea for us all. With the arrival of the Water world, i thought it would be an epic idea to build Rapture! For those not familar with the name, its the secret underwater City from the Bioshock series Thought it could be a cool spawn or maybe something out the way?
