Yea so first im getting 1 min delay on the chat maybe even 2 min and theres loads of holes on my client anyone no a fix?

its probably just your connection acting up close down all other connections and see if that helps ?

The latest bukkit has fixed how the server handles chunks, ill update later tonight.
