Last night i started working on an Art Gallery to show off each of the paintings available in minecraft.
I used minecraft wiki.net to get the correct names for each painting and display them alongside.
The building was simple, and as a Donater the materials were easy enough to come by.
Whats NOT cool is that this morning i log in and half the paintings are missing...
So thanks to whoever stole them, you jerk.
Currently halted construction due to the fact i doubt the building will survive very long and wont be worth the time i put into it, even though it did look pretty cool if i say so myself.
Any donations to rebuilding will be gratefully recieved and can be left in the chest, but dont be surprised if i never get them :/
We will have this investigated.
You said this was in Toast Town?
Could you cover the paintings in a wall of glass so people can't get to them? Just for safety.
He could, but people can break glass easily... And even then, it would require expanding the gallery exponentionally. Too much effort with too little a benefit.
theres no actual way of stopping grieving, but wat you can do is choose to ignore it or just give up. i know its hard to face when your buildings get destroyed.
Ignoring is the sensible option. Just keep making repairs and eventually the griefer will either be discovered or get bored and move on.
Can I also note that revenge griefing is a bad idea. Often people attack the wrong person and just make matter worse.
