Here's how it work.
Every Normal People (White Name) Get A 11X22 Plot For Free.
Every Special People (Donor ++ / Co-Founder) Get A 22X22 Plot / 2 Separate 11X22 Plot For Free.
Extra Plot Is Free But You Need To Pay Tax Every Week
Tax = 10 Logs per Week
Size Of Plot :
11X22 ( Count As 1 Plot )
22X22 ( Count As 2 Plot )
[(Number Of Extra Plot) X 10 Logs] + (If You Have Penalty)
Example :
If You Are A Normal People : You Get A Plot For Free. If You Wanna Build At A 22X22 Plot You Need To Oder For It.
So You Just Need To Pay For 1 Plot’s Tax.
No Plot Size Bigger Than 22X22
If You Want A 33X22 I Can’t Give It To You But You Can Link Your House With A Bridge (Not Too Big Please).
I Will Give You A 22X22 Plot And A 11X22 ( or 22X22)
Just Remember To Pay Tax Every Week Or You Tax Rate Will Be Increase :
1,2,3,4 : Maybe You Can’t Access To The Internet Or So.
5 Day Late : + 10 More Logs
6 Day Late : + 20 More Logs
And So On.
Maybe this is something that Broonie has incorporated or facilitated the need of, within the upcoming eco-system mod?

Agreed Jack. A single payment before a person moves in and starts building can be enforced, but not regular payments.
Ive not been to the city so I dont know the advantages of living there that warrant a payment, but if people have to pay to live there a single payment would be best.
