Recently i've got Ableton live 8 for my pc (For those who don't know what it is, basically its music mixing software) and i've been playing about with it and created a few tracks.
I've uploaded one to youtube and i would greatly appreciate it if people could have a listen and give some feedback on it.

This is so spicy q almost as spicy as you . I really think you have a great ear for creating music the second one reminds me of a video games music slightly repetitive but very catchy ... Awesome stuff q better than I could do any day !

First one should be a minecraft music disc btw. It is very good may I use it for a video sometime?

Re: Demo Track Chista, Fri Nov 23 2012, 10:12PM
I really like both of them, but the second one stays monotonous for a little bit too long at the start so I ended up skipping a bit =(
Would almost ask if you'd like to make the themes for the game my project group is working on at school =)
Re: Demo Track , Fri Nov 23 2012, 10:49PM
thanks for the feedback. Go for it mega as long as you put my name in the description saying i made it thats fine.
Yeah i do know what you mean Chista, i tried to go for the building effect but overkilled abit, unfortunatly i can't undo it due to and error in it, but for future referance i will keep it in mind

Nice stuff!
Re: Demo Track droid225, Sat Nov 24 2012, 01:00PM
love the first one , it's quite relaxing and fun to listen too. Hope to see what else you can do!
Re: Demo Track , Sat Nov 24 2012, 01:23PM
thanks droid thats the sort of thing im aiming for now.
never tried FLstudios naske. the reason i like ableton is because you can make things very easily. The 1st track took me between 30 - 1hr to make which with using Logic for example would be very difficult to make a 2 and a half minute track in. but i suppose preferances are preferances and i hope you make some stuff too
Re: Demo Track Changyeo1999, Sat Nov 24 2012, 01:47PM

Re: Demo Track BobbleHeadMan2, Sat Nov 24 2012, 01:49PM
I love the first one q. it MUST be a disc on minecraft the second doesnt really sound like the music i'd listen to but other's would love it
Re: Demo Track naske5, Sat Nov 24 2012, 04:09PM
I think i will start making relaxing music too now
Re: Demo Track , Sat Nov 24 2012, 04:26PM
I commented on it first
Re: Demo Track Khoejgaard, Sat Nov 24 2012, 05:31PM
They're are awesome! the first one sounds really minecraft-ish!
Re: Demo Track , Sat Nov 24 2012, 06:33PM
heh i do agree with you there khoe, when i listened back to it, i was all like 'huh this sounds like something from minecraft'. I kinda took that as a job well done!
Anyway just going to edit the demo track a little due to some feedback and should reupload it soon.
Also i'm going to start another track tonight at some point, so i may not be about on the server
Re: Demo Track draze, Sat Nov 24 2012, 09:35PM
I agree with you Naske. I use FLStudio with EWQLSO and colossus for my music. FL just makes things a lot easier.
Re: Demo Track naske5, Sat Nov 24 2012, 09:40PM
I just found some of my old stuff and put it on youtube!
The "Spacebox" was more like a test of the sounds for a full song i was going to do, but never finished.
Re: Demo Track , Sat Nov 24 2012, 11:39PM

Re: Demo Track Soul_UK, Thu Nov 29 2012, 08:54PM
Both sound good mate, but I do agree that the second track takes a little too long to build up.
I used to make tunes years ago on my Amiga using Octamed - was a very simple, easy to use, but powerful piece of software (especially as the Amiga could only handle 4 audio channels or tracks, and they managed to make it handle 64 in the last version).
I'm currently playing with some sequencing software on my Android tablet (Pocketband Pro), but I'm nowhere near where you are at yet
