Ill post screenies too but basically. SNOW AND COLD. You have to stay warm (in light) or you will get withered and die. The now is ever falling and it can spawn mobs and explode and things! If you get caught in a blizzard (slow and blindnes) you get about 5-10 seconds to get to cover before you nget teleported away. Mining snow gives a chance for other bad things to happen but snow also drops items including diamonds tnt and a nether star!

Yeh it's friggin mental , I went to be a cheeky frog and see what q n shad were doing and , shad was gettin mauled by a pack of silver fishes , he then span round caught me with his flame sword and put me down to half a heart , after that I left and started making a lol house with a Glowstone floor which after being Half done a billiard came and tpd me about 150 blocks away , now low on supply's and with little health , the ground benith me exploded and I fell into a little crater which I lit up and roofed over . The whole time I had to stay in light or I suffered from 'wither ' this was rather hard .

Btw both discharge and dyonima , your lucky to be in such cool places =)

So do you have to pay to get into the world and how do you get back? Is it full pvp or like the normal world but just harsher conditions ? And you dig up snow for a reward or bad stuff?
If I leave it too long will all the benifits of the new world be gone like all the diamonds in water world?

You have to pay 50emeralds to get in (they are taken out of your account). To get back you need 30xp lvls to be able to use the portal at spawn. When you get killed it's for free
Rules are the same as in normal world so no griefing, no pvp.
Digging up snow gives both rewards and bad stuff. Besides the loot the snow can also explode or spawn mobs around you. Really funny when you get creepers xD

so far we have found its digging snow that gets the rewards, and well, there's no shortage of it so you shouldn't worry dyonima.

Im not going in there anymore. Megs persuaded me earlier. no 100 blocks in i'm dead even if i'd been walking on the torched path. wither wouldn't stop even if i was on a layer of glowstone and people next to me were digging the snow to a band of spiders killed me.

you can see the margin's getting a bit ridiculous

Diamond armor is highly recommended since it protects you against the cold quite well.
If you catch the cold/wither effect i recommend just standing still and placing a torch directly at your feet.

Besides armor and weapons you should bring a lot of torches/glowstone and food with you. And some shovels of course to dig up the snow.

The world has a working day/night cycle where it is significantly colder during the night. But because it's snowing all the time you just can't see what time it currently is. If you want to be really safe check with LM to make sure it's daytime.

This world is dam good fun. when we first enter'd we had just one block of snow on all yesterday at 8 pm well you can see lol.



Also the end portal has been found and as you can see Broonie thought of it all, but we found a Q in his natural habitat lol

Actually i'm just half tempted to make a roofed glowstone tunnel to where I want to be straight from spawn a la "way i used to travel in the nether when i was still terrified of ghasts instead of just scared"
