Idiot dancing. Rather then spamming crouch he could be on fire (fire-resist), jumping and punching some flowers.

Normal activities:
Mining in the background
Enchanting
Using a furnace
Using Crafting bench
building something (placing glass in a window)
planting crops

Second part:

Abnormal activities:
Riding a pig backwards
Invisible with a skeletons skull
chickens falling from above
villagers on fire
gollum fun.
Minecart fun
boat fun
redstone lamp disco effect in a now unlit room (torches before)
fireworks being fired into the room
Things outside the window on fire.
Things outside the window upside down.

Geuis its just a silly little video and it should be great fun for everyone.
For soul it is an internet meme accompanied by a song, i would recomed searching it on you tube some of the videos are quite hilarious.
