Oh nuts, I can't get the portal to work in SMP in time. I'll add a flag to start in either normal or Nether mode so you can try it in smp

Yep, redstone appears to be working better in SMP now

Health and other fancy features for multiplayer are coming with the beta release. This is not the beta release.

@chekko04 The pumpkin hat is implemented.

Minecarts and boats still won't work well in SMP after this update. But the tracks will.

Biomes are now properly synched in multiplayer, and rails no longer cause data sending loops.

And so do stairs now. They will never auto-turn ever again!

Guess what.. Furnaces should now face the opposite direction the player is facing when you plant them.

And the fishing rod is now officially awesome.

Considering skipping the torch replacement until after the boo update. Running out of time here!

@MisanthropX they wont shoot if they can't see you. Just don't have huge rooms, or they could spawn indoors.

WAHEY! Portals work great now! I figured out how to make them always spawn the player in a safe location, and added some particles.
