Increase player limit on Unleashed

As with any new server deployment, FTB, Fekkit, the player count starts low and raises as I can calculate an average resource usage per player.
(It's starting from 10 this time as FTBU struggles to start up with even 4 gig of RAM allocated to it.)

Increased to 15, hit a RAM usage limit. Will need to monitor closely, but it may be that way for some time.
