Crazy Fool Award Nominations
Soul_UK, Mon Aug 19 2013, 08:05PMFor those that have heard of the Darwin Award, you will see why I thought to start this up. For those that haven't, it's basically a mock award for people wiping themselves out in stupid, silly, or amazingly stupid / silly ways (Click for Darwin Awards Website).
It got me thinking that quite often we get members that try and prank their mates on here and fail, or just do random silly things resulting in their death. As we're all "Crazy Fools", it kinda fit's the bill that we should have a "Crazy Fool" award for the most idiotic / crazy / foolish act on the servers (unintentional of course - anyone can do something stupid intentionally).
Therefore I'd like to lay down the following rules...
1) It has to have happened on the Crazy Fools Minecraft servers (present or past servers allowed).
2) You may nominate yourself or someone else - but please don't insult anyone or be offensive. Also check that a nomination for that member/s has not already been entered for the same act / action / etc.
3) You can nominate as many members as you like (including yourself).
4) Nominations must have enough details to be understood clearly by others, and must be crazy / idiotic / silly / foolish /etc... "I fell off a ledge into lava loosing my best gear" is just boring, and not acceptable.
5) Any nominations must be for unintentional acts ... if you meant to do it, then you're just a fool!
6) A nomination doesn't have to be just one member - you can nominate a few members if they were all involved in the same act and all failed.
7) If you have screen shots or video footage of the act (and the fail / result of the fail), please add them - you may get bonus points!
When posting a nomination, please use the following format:

If we get enough nominations, a poll will be created after a month, if not it'll go to 3 months / 6 months / etc.

hmmm Inominate myself and Droid because of the amount of trouble we all had with a titanic Droid built that had a large flat layer that was never lit properly and was the most fun to build on as there was no way to get around
This is my reason why Droid , me and naske should get nominated

Time for me to submit my nomination...
NOMINEE: QOTSA_101
DESCRIPTION:
Basically, me, Q and Shadoxkiller made a minefield in an un-used area of the map on the vanilla server a few maps back. We marked it off with fences and signs yet members turned up and started to play "Jump on the minefield detonators" lol
Before completion of the minefield - I'd made a nice little hovering viewing platform high in the sky to watch people trying to blow themselves up
Anyway, I was standing on said platform, watching people setting off landmines here and there (with the odd member blowing themselves up) when I heard the sound of soil being dug from below my platform. There was no soil under there, so I quickly looked over the edge to see Q digging back down a single block tower he'd made.
Now, as I'd set a warp to the platform, I TP'd to Shadoxkiller who was on the ground watching to see what was going on... I looked up to see Q still digging down on his tower - and a block of flashing TNT on the bottom of my platform!
Needless to say, it exploded. It destroyed the platform I was just standing on, but also blew Q off his little dirt tower, plummeting him to his death on the ground below.
Please excuse the pun, but talk about a prank back-firing!

I remember that minefielwith mega me and daxmen jumping around there and it did help progress in my zones project where mega and a bunch of us took down an intire jungle so from this i would like to also nominate sgt blinky for his epic axe of death he gave me that cut down like half of the work force needed
