[ EC ] House Building Competition !

Hi ! As you all might have known now, I've came up with an idea - "Event Committee" ( EC for short ). The purpose of it is to host special event to bring back some members so that server will not be so quiet and more interesting !

This is EC very first big event ! A house building competition !
It's a non-themed house building competition ! Competitors build whatever house they want with the building materials provided !

The competition will start at April 19 ( 16:00 GMT ). Competitors have a week to finish their houses. The competition start once PMs about where the competition ground are sent to all competitors.

Information about the Competition

Competitors are given a 13x13 space to build on. They are given a solid composing of 196 Blocks of Stone & 128 Blocks of Oak Logs. At the end of the competition, competitors need to send in 3 photos, that they posted any website to me. A poll will be created for the community to vote. The poll will last for 2 weeks.

Rules :
1. Competitors can ONLY use the resources provided.
- Competitors must empty their inventory before going into the competition grounds
- That means no kits !
2. DO NOT steal other competitors' stuffs.
3. Basements are not allowed that means you shouldn't be digging !
4. Competitors can NOT break their oak leaves, get sapling and plant it to get more woods !
5. Competitors can build ON the border but NOT OVER !
6. Type /blocktp whenever you are inside the competition ground
7. Competitors and Staff are allowed to be on the competition ground ONLY.
8. Competitors are NOT allowed to tell anyone about their houses.
9. Photos sent by the competitors can be edited / combined to form a collage. The collage will count as one picture.
10. Photos sent by the competitors CAN NOT include any signs that tell public that the house are theirs. [ eg. Private signs / Signs with name ]
11. Texture pack used in the photos sent must be in DEFAULT.
12. Any rule breaker ( especially cheater ) might / will be disqualified from the competition.

32 Pieces of Charcoal
Some Food ( 20 Pieces of Steak )
A 9x9x4 Solid : ( 196 Blocks of Stone & 128 Blocks of Oak Logs )

Reed Farm
Working Station ( Furnace, Chests & Work Bench )
Infinite Water Spring

The houses are judged on 3 aspects
- Creativity.
- Originality.
-Texture.

Grand Prize : 200 Emeralds
Runner Up : 100 Emeralds
2nd Runner Up : 50 Emeralds

For any defaults that wanted to join, don't hesitate ! Helper / Mod will teleport you to the competition ground !

Tips & Tricks

1. Don't waste any materials !
- Plan before you craft !
- Craft the amount you needed only, materials are limited !
- Don't waste charcoal by smelting only one item.
- Use glass panes instead of whole glass block !
- Use carpets instead of whole wool block !
2. Place glass and leaves carefully once you place it, you can't get it back !
3. Remember to use DEFAULT texture pack ! Photos sent must be in Default texture pack !
4. Don't build a flat thing ! Have some texture !
5. Don't copy the others ! Be original
6. Be unique as possible. There aren't actual theme ! Let your imagination out !

If non of the above are typed, glass given will be transparent and wool given will be white.
