CC: Structures 5500 North of spawn

What are those big circles on the map? There's an odd loop structure that looks as if someone was constructing a sphere? Then there's a big dirt or grass disc with some procedural-looking structures on it so maybe it is generated?

Then there's the thing on land, which looks as if it may include machines?
