Getting the urge to play Infinity Evolved again

Broonie how do you feel about it, can we fire up another modded server?
Nothing too special, and as the Infinity Evolved pack's been around a bit hopefully it'll be fairly stable by now or at least the broken bits will be well documented.
Also I don't think I'd miss Mystcraft or the Twilight forest if they got left out.

just the other week i had a similar urge, but when i checked a few mod packs randomly, they seemed like so much overlap and not much refinement going on
kinda killed my desire a bit, but i've not totally gone off the idea.

Well I went ahead and started on another server. It does feel a bit same old same old now, but I guess I'm just losing interest in Minecraft generally.
I'm following my usual path, got a smeltery, and a couple of machines.
Also I never realised quite how OP the clockwork engine was in early game.

Also trying Sky factory 3, start with a block of dirt and a tree. I think originally it was dirt and 1 sapling, but too many players fell off when the tree grew.

Well after a drive failure it looks as if another group have thrown in the towel. Seems like every server I play on other than CF is doomed one way or another.

Really not sure now. I'm playing All the mods 3 at the moment but on a server in NZ so my ping isn't great.
Think my interest is fading, but I'll try to read up on pack contents anyway.

FWIW tech tree fatigue set in three weeks ago and I stopped logging in. Now apparently that server's closed due to inactivity. Oops.

FWIW I can't work out what the deal is with FTB launcher right now, but I looked at ATLauncher and Resonant Rise 5 looked promising.

So I'm on Enigmatica 2 at the moment, and there's one little amusing quirk of the pack: It has both Mekanism and Nuclearcraft in the same pack...
Now Mekanism universal cable converts between EU and RF.
Nuclearcraft converts between EU and RF...so far so good
Mekanism uses a 4:1 ratio but NC uses 16:1. Oops.
