Speaking of kits i recommend to change the cooldown of the kits from 10 minutes to 30 minutes since is kinda op.

Regarding cooldown if the kit is basically just building material I don't see a problem with 10 minutes or even less. If it is a more valuable resource then maybe a longer cooldown or kit less than a full stack?

Personally I don't like "rare kits" since it give the idea of survival away. and maybe 15 minutes as cooldown will be good for me as well.
