[moved] Beach City Back in progress!

I'm going to need help with building the new Beach City! First, we will need to make the walls look better. Then we will start making buildings and clearing out land for buildings. We can start moving people in after that. I don't know what we will do after that but eventually we will probably make a waterpark!
