I'm having no luck with clay on this server
Anyone else having the same bad luck? Or no one tried?

Well i ave some tips.
Edit the texture of the clay in the terrain.png in minecraft.jar to something rly noticable like lets say bright pink that ya can see underwater.
Stay close to the shoreline.

Yeah I have it as a good color already and I always check underwater. But still, like two peices. Hm.

It's not just hard to find, we have several explorers who like to explore new land before anyone else and get the clay before you (not me of course I'm chained to my projects near spawn this time).

Something I've found effective, is to find a desert biome.
They seem to be more abundant where there's lots of sand.
