Johnnyboy got me thinking, precisely how many are there here? i just roughly counted, there are just over 100 hostile mobs in that screenshot.
Boy, I sure do love lag. Would be such a shame if somehow the mob spawn rate was decreased smile
Seriously though, is that possible? had some consistent lag the other day when there were just 4 people on. we suspected it may be due to the amount of mobs, barring any other server limitations, now I'm certain that was the cause.

i don't think the server is down right now but i can't connect, and i think the other guy online got kicked too.

will the new nether chunks not simply be the updated nether?
I have a few portals in the nether linking a long nether-path to the overworld so I'm like 60% against resetting the nether but if you did it wouldn't be the end of the world. i think johnnyboy has a base in the nether though and i've seen some other extensive roads in there. other users will need to weigh in.

Server has been down about 24 hours. This weekend I just wanted to farm my humble melon patch and dig for diamonds so that I could go on an epic quest across the land frown I hope it's back soon or I won't have enough time. Woe is me.
