Update Possible This Weekend Posted on 27 May : 21:03 (news)
Given the recent trend of every single update making the game laggier and buggier, I for one am in no rush for an update.

I like the quiet server anyway ;D

Hell yeah!

I feel so proud!

All I mean is that you should be able to make a plugin to allow 'plugin reloading from console', which is what you say you need.

I fail to see what the php files and the mySQL tables have to do with that, though perhaps I am missing something?

Are you sure about that?

calling server.reload() from within a plugin will reload all plugins (or so they claim) and you can make plugins respond to console commands, so surely it is simply a matter of making a very simple plugin to chain the two together. No?
Minecraft Beta! Posted on 20 Dec : 03:11 (news)
You naive fool!

Beta will come out (probably very late). The huge numbers of updates to the whole server system will mean that most of the server obfuscation will be changed (rather than just bits of it like usual). This will completely break everything on hey0 mod. It will take ages for hey0 to fix it, and I don't imagine he will have much time with in being nearly Christmas. We wont be able to play on the server until it updates and Broonie isn't going to update it until hey0 is updated. Perhaps we will get a temp map though?

Either way, call me a pessimist, but I imagine server-side inventory and the rest will be riddled with bugs, and everything will be borked up anyway.

Pretty easy to fix the crossdomain error. Just need to paste a policy file into the root directory of the webserver where my flash thing is. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the root directory, so I have kind of made a rough fix...

Flash's tight crossdomain security kicking in. I'll have a quick look into fixing it my end, otherwise I will repost.
