Didn't think we would have two updates tonight:

• More small formatting changes
  
• Implemented an Eco object.
  
• Fixed moderating tools [offline warning and partial names for the lazy ones.]
  

The Eco object is currently build-able, but the features it presents aren't usable at the moment.
