Iron farm?

I heard someone talking about it so i googled it,
I was wondering that if i somehow managed to get all the villagers would this be allowed?

Although, seriously: with the way that thing spawns, it could possibly become a problem. Not to mention how common iron is already...
[EDIT:] It also says it only works in 1.2.1, so I doubt it still works anyways.

I downloaded the map and the iron golems didnt spawn

so as shrapnel said this probably only worked in 1.2.1 -
