i was typing in letters for a search and i noticed the "T" didnt appear so i checked my keyboard and sure enough my only button i can use to talk is disabled
so if u ask me a question or something on server i wont be able to respond

You can change your "talk" button to a different one in:

Options - Controls - Chat

Just click on "chat" and then press a key you want to use.
