I miss the good old days when Digitial Illusions were a small student business pumping out Pinball Dreams/Fantasies etc
On the flip side, this game looks freaking awesome! i've never been a big fan of first person shooters since the genre got a bit watered down but this looks like it's offering something new. i have piled hours into the XBLA Battlefield 1943 but mostly because i love the vehicles and planes.
I may just buy this game on that alone as having 32 opponents tryna take my fighter jet down from both the ground and air looks like alotta fun
although chances are you wont find me on the ground alot, as i'm a sneaky sniper and strong strategy type player when it comes to ground work.
speaking of tactical fps games, i'd very much like to find a game that has a tight focus on team play and voice comms is mandatory, preferably with somone taking charge and giving orders rather than everyone simply doing their own thing. Any suggestions? -
I haven't been keeping up with games recently. I can count on one hand the number of game I've bought in the last 3 years. I'm definitely getting this though. I love Battlefield 2142, and this looks even better.

I'd never played the Battlefield series before I saw the trailers for BF3, which persuaded a purchase of Bad Company 2. No regrets!
