What is this I don't even, too. No idea what that's about. Most likely either against drug using, or throwing fecal matter on your friends. One of these, or both, must be a regular hobby in Belfast nowadays. : D
Its self explanatory, if you do drugs you may loose your friends as drugs screw with your mind. You will also get a fine if caught.

I don't think it's clear enough. This poster could just as easily be saying there is a fine for throwing your own poo, rather than taking acid.
basically what the ad was saying is that its not good to throw poo.
the acid is just there as a scenario. nothing wrong with taking it xD
