Yeah, you just need to snap a tigers neck, cut its head off, and emptify it with a blunt object before wearing it. I'd recommend a spoon.

I found a good one, but I'm not paying $400-500 for it.
I've found lots of not so good ones, but I'm not letting myself get one of those either. -
