I tried to get on the server a couple of minutes ago when friends were online but ftb keeps crashing once I join the server.

Something doesnt seem to render for me properly as far as I can read.
I have already force updated ftb and I do not have any non standard mods installed/enabled.

Edit: killing myself didnt work either as I still crash.

Suggestion: Completely wipe FTB including launcher and .ftb files and re-install. sometimes a force update doesn't fix issues.

Fail: If that doesn't work a player file reset by broonie fixed it for me. You'd loose your inventory but not your CFUK points etc. you'd also be placed back at spawn but at least you'd be able to login. Get someone to take note of your base coords before hand and we can help you get home.

Requesting a player data reset for myself as a complete reinstall didnt work.
Neither did trying to play from my laptop.
Edit: Items have already been given off by a friend killing me.

hopefully this works for you. FTBu is becoming increasingly erratic in the coding causing more and more problems.

broonie seems to have sent me a message yet when i open the link from mail it says "You are not permitted to view this message".
inbox and outbox seem to have gone to 0 read/sent aswell.
is this supposed to happen when a players data for the server is reset?

I dont think so. its just a deletion of the player.dat file on the respective server.

Broonies been working on some things tonight. looks like my own mailbox has been reset also.

Send him another PM asking if he can repeat what he sent you previously as the mailboxes were wiped.

broonie seems to have fixed me crashing...
by resetting the map.....
was there any reason to do so broonie?
