I think a new town

tacospwn me and sgt_blinky found a island pretty far away from spawn.
We would like to start with a village and than finish it like a town.
i would like to know if any mod or admin would like to join, as there is no way to get there walking.
The island is a big plain with a part of dessert . 1 big mountain and another small one …. lava fall, and 3 waterfall.
I think the place is warped… so ask for taco or sgt for the warp….. also we have at least 2 mobspawners on the island (glitch holes).
This would be nice to be done to have a community that does not steal from each other, as we seen in spawn town or any close town. This one will be kept kind of secret… i think.
(The idea is that i want to leave my stuff in a chest not cary around with me important stuff.
)
If anyone wants to join, it's ok by me, but also speak with sgt and taco as i don't know their plans…
