I've never tried building anything like this before, so if there's any space I wouldn't mind giving it a go!

Go right outside of spawn. I would like permission to link a train station to spawn town somehow. Can do raised lines or go under?
Since the Rail Station is on the other side of Spawn from where Oasis is located (and I'm assuming you want to link there?), raised tracks is a no-go. You'd have to build the rails above other people's builds and the general spawn town to do that.
Under? Well, I don't really see a problem with that, as long as you're able to avoid other people's basements. But I can't give you permission for that, you'd have to ask Broonie or a Mod (not sure who's in charge of the current Spawn right now).

Block0 is a good bet. If your reading this friend cherp in. under is a noce idea. I have an under rail coming just out the front of oasis. take a look is nice. Granted that fashion under spawn is a no-go. Lol
