There's more to being a staff member than just "Fame and Glory."
Sure, we (the staff) have a good time and enjoy ourselves, but that's because it's a video game. There's a lot of things that the general public doesn't get to see in terms of how staff members perform their jobs. The staff works very hard to be fair, and deal with/prevent griefers (hackers and other people of this nature as well) so that the rest of the community (you guys) can have the best possible experience here, and also enjoy yourselves.
Helpers and Moderators aren't chosen by suggesting themselves. Broonie and the rest of the staff discuss things thoroughly, and make sure the person in question is going to be up to the job. They must have sound judgment, a willingness to help the community, and a clean record (to name a few). We don't just choose people willy nilly, and not everyone has what is needed to be a staff member.
We have already been in private discussion about future staff members for a while now. It would be appreciated if any suggestions would not be put into this thread.
