On the whole, do you agree??
I hope i am well known on the server as big house guy lol.
However, i am starting to get really annoyed with people joining and not reading the rules!
If you join, you accept the rules of the site.
I was looking through the ban appeals and they're near enough all on the rule's page.
I usually give sympathy to those that might have done it once.
However, i have had enough personally.
In my opinions, if you fail to comply with the rules and get banned, tough. Your fault.
Appologize's if this has been stated or if peope find it irrelivant.
But i am starting to get annoyed after being on the server for 3 and a bit months, i have built a small reputation.
I respect others, their properties, their opinions and if they dont want me to do something, i contemplate.

Steve.Yep. By linking your account, you agree to have read the rules. However, to most people that's just a button. You push that and you get to play. That's why we have staff, to take care of those who don't want to read the rules or abide by them.
Also, yes, all players are held to the same rules. (With the exception of one or two for Staff purposes.) Being a donator, Helper, Moderator etc. does not make you invincible from the rules, and each member is held accountable for them.
The only real exception would be Broonie. He may do whatever the hell he pleases.
I agree. I hate it when I spend hours getting a block for the museum and someone mines it in a few seconds.
can we at least put a plugin in so when people are banned their stuff gets put in a chest so the person who got greifed can get their stuff back?It's very simple and easy.

I tend to kill people before I ban them and store their items.
^^^LOL^^^ Mulan, that made me laugh. I thought i would say it. I do not rage quit (With the acception of lag of course) But i just get seriously annoyed when people think its fine to break rules. For example, in nutter-ville, i have already come across a grief. (reported) it happened a while ago anyway. However, thats not the point.
It is in the middle of no where and is quite a large area. I just dont understand what the point of all the rule breaking is. If we all stick to the rules, it'll be a happy community. And you havent got broonie, blinky and so on trying to rip your head off.Same here

Bu ti have stated that if you have been banned for rule breaking, i will vote against.because of people breaking rules its got me paranoid around my builds. i check on them everyday to make sure they've not been greifed or damaged in anyway.
ive always respected the rules on any server. they're there and theres nothing you can do about them. if you dont like it, go somewhere else.
If someone breaks a rule they've broken the 'contract' they pretty much signed when linking they're account. Do that = Perm ban
