I was just wondering (to all mods and owners of the server), I made my house, and added an extention which goes over the pathway... and I didn't realize it was a problem(I got a warning), and I was wondering if you'd like me to move it somewhere else? Once again, really sorry. I wasn't really thinking :/

I would move it if I were you - just my opinion. Maybe expand away from the road?
the reason you got a warning is because it says in the rules about building in spawn that your not allowed to build over, under or through any pathways.
When building near to spawn:
-Do not build over the walkways, and preferably don't build right next to them. Keep at least one block distance, if possible.
-Never dig under the spawn.
-Do not make overly huge personal houses, which take a lot of land. 32x32-ish is still okay-ish, but 64x64 is totally not okay.
(Most of these not applicaple to staff and/or public builds.)
This is how I'd like to see the spawn building. Also, I'm not a member of staff, just a regular, so do not take these points as a strict rule. Please DO apply a healty common sense when building near spawn! : )
