the situations could have been solved earlier just by not being immature.

i myself didn't immediately do the right thing, because didn't leave spawn as soon as possible. the reason i came back to spawn and started recording was because yomz trew at me with a potion of poison (i guess, since at some point i started getting damage, my hearts turned greem and he was the only player around while i was at spawn). my intention was to get visual proof about yomz's unexplainably aggressive behavior, and it's obvious that the situation degenerated.

I agree with what you said near the end, after the first you should have just left spawn, he has been on and off over the month and hasnt linked so he couldn't have done much damage. Even though he attacked everyone first (on most occasions) he was antagonised quite a bit.

On that note, I would like to remind people that trading on the spawn point is a truly craptastic idea. And, if you can warp away home from a person like yomz? Do so.

Are you allowed to defend yourself from people attacking you at spawn? Yes. However, idle-ling around at spawn like that is just going to make matters worse.

Best way to deal with a non linked account is to take a screenie of the griefing with chat open . Then warp away and leave it be. File the report and a mod will pick it up when they come online. Everyone really needs to learn that. otherwise griefers get what they want. like Adrenalynnn said on the vid "attention".

I should note, it isn't only yomz who was fighting at spawn. Siraaj_chisti was also doing some annoying pvp and also let out a stream of profanity (in caps).

I was online that evening. After figuring out something was going on warped to spawn to see it myself. Lot of confusion there... After getting word this yomz had stuff from bobblehead and talon i decided to help kill him.
Staying at spawn and watching i saw the same thing happen all over again: yomz or someone else start hitting each other, the other one defends, someone dies.
My reaction was far from perfect: i think i killed yomz two or three times. It took me way too long to follow Efiso's advice and just leave spawn.
