Isn't this plot larger than the spawn size limit?

Technically that's a park/gimmick community build area(Creeper Sanctuary). Already noted, but thank you nonetheless.

Seeing as I'm in it, I'll ask: my shack is OK to be where it is in the screenshot, isn't it? If, not, I'll happily dismantle it, so long as someone shows me where I can rebuild it?

Sounds like it's on Skul, was just curious. I like to know what's going on so if anyone else asks while there are no mods on i can inform them as well.
