To be perfectly honest time, it doesnt seem that big of an issue. I hardly think a "ban" is needed for this, maybe even not a warning. However it's about what the mods think in the end.
I agree with droid ive seen this a number of times. I personally dont think this warrants even a warning.

It would be spam if it was a chat window full of the same gibberish, completely "drowning out" other people's words.. That said, we'll keep an eye on him.
PS: We will decide on punishments through our own judgement, not that of others.
