General Spawn Rules :
- Follow standard CFUK Rules.
- Place Laser Gun IN inventory if not using. To prevent any accidental fires
- No Portals in Spawn
- No Quarry in Spawn
- No Mining / Laser Mining
- No TNT
- No large complex machinery that causes lag / entity leakage
- Please Follow the rules stated at Public Facilities :
* Laser Arena
* Cross-Breeding Farms
* Public Facility
Building Rules :
- You may build roads to the place you want but please follow the pattern of every 3 stone brick, 1 glowstone

- Do NOT build buildings that higher than the observatory [ y : 90 ] in 500 blocks of spawn point.
- Do NOT claim overly large sized plots. Please share it with the others.
- There are Building Themes / Rules in some plots. Please follow them.
- Please ask before connecting wires under spawn roads.
- Any plots that have been inactive for 3 months will be sent a PM. Players must reply in ONE week to cancel the demolition .
