In typical Michael fashion ive left all my schoolwork - essays, papers etc- till the last 3 days. Ill try to get on and free up more space as soon as i can for plots shouldnt be too long. The spleef arena has been started but not much done to it yet i also need to do that when i get time

You should fence off areas you don't want people to build in. Claimed land (Which is clearly marked) can't be built in by others. Making a picture on a forum is not a valid method of claiming land as not everyone will read this topic.

yeh but i cant ask all the poeple whove made mines and cobble shacks to move anymore ive already done it i should have done that at first but i didnt think people would build in land with signs near them saying not too but iw as wrong.

If anyone has built mines in the spawn area then they shouldn't have and should remove them anyway. You should claim the land with signs and fences to keep people out and ask the owners of the shacks to see if they would move

I'd like to extend the roads further south. On the southeast side of the city. Maybe 50 or 75 blocks or so. If you want to have new plots there maybe lower the land 1block each 25blocks (plus road) to have them fit nicely?
And second since i love sewers may i build some? Only directly below existing roads ofc

ah just saw the road plot reserved signs there. You already planned something for it
