These rules are specific to the spawn and surrounding area.

You are allowed to:

• Have a personal build up to 25x25 in size
• Apply to staff for land to build a landmark/art or public project
• Dig under your house (You own the land under your build)
• Explore and mine in Caves

You Can Not:

• Build Nether Portals
• Use TnT
• Make large redstone contraptions or complex ones (ie pulsars)
• Make Mob Traps
• Dig a extensive mine be it a branch mine or any form of strip mining
• Build floating builds
• Build Sky rails and paths
• Dig underneath the road system
• Leave exposed holes or traps
• Trade on the spawn point
• Build over, or in, the rivers near spawn
• Farm sand around spawn.

Additional Notes:

1. The staff reserve the right to request a build to be removed should it not fit the town and area.

2. Please do not hog land and not build upon it. It may be reclaimed for other build space.

3. Please leave a block space of 5+ between neighbouring builds.

4. After 30 day of offline activity, the staff will pm/email you to inform you if your build is to be removed. Just send us a pm back and we'll leave it be.

These rules will be enforced as Staff see fit.
