Wanted to know what has happened to accessing old spawn, donators can get there by typing /warp oldspawn but the /oldspawn takes you somewhere in the desert?

Is the ?????? portal in newspawn supposed to go there?

Can access be sorted for all the residents of that area?

Which "Old Spawn"? Spawn Town?

You can get to Spawn Town as a donator by typing /warp stucukhome

stucuk poots did already explain that donators can get there via typing /warp oldspawn
But for none donators there isn't a way atm

Skyrail was meant to link to the new spawn, allowing non-donators to get between the two. Though there is still a large distance to go and few people have helped with the project.
