Whoever set this warp. please set it at spawn. It's a very easy mistake to make and to find myself dropping towards bedrock is not exactly my idea of fun.

I think on one of the old maps, it was set to a drowning trap. As I wasn't quick enough, (and was trying to fight my way out), I didn't think to warp out and died

Well at least you'd be able to warp back to spawn to pick your stuff up - better than some random trap somewhere you can't find again.

ahh but you see. what if a random person logged in to your fully enchanted diamond gear in the time it takes you to type /spawn?

In either case it would remain unpleasant and dangerous. The only people laughing will be the trolls. =(

The problem is that people occasionally mix up /warp home and /home. It happens to me especially often if I've been warping between 6 places all day =S

I do agree with Chista there, theres a few times where i've typed /warp spawn (fortunatly it leads to the same place). The safest option is just set /warp home at spawn so there will be no repocussions from it. As she very well pointed out, someone could quite easily drop lots of good gear, then some random new person could pick it up and cause havok.

I used to have about 6 warps named home to home6, just for getting around, but none were traps.
