There are two such chests hidden below spawn. Both of them are in public areas. You can reach them by normal means without warping, ender pearls or such things. No breaking blocks required either.
If you find them - all yours!
No 2nd or 3rd place with this quest since i assume the first one to find them will most likely empty them.

Just placed some nether loot into both of them. So if anyone still wants to search at least something is in there.

For others searching there is now a 50:50 chance of finding an empty chest or the still filled one.

Yes exactly the same content. I checked a min ago it was still in there
