I have no idea why, but when I connect to the server, my latency is ridiculously high. I can receive chat messages from other fine, however anything that requires my input takes a few minutes to register. Any in-game actions like opening a chest basically never registers.

I have tested my connection a few times and my specific connection to the internet is fine and my latency to nearby servers is low.

I have no idea what is happening to cause this problem as nobody else who I asked on the server was experiencing any lag.

Just as a note, I did a test and it took 3 minutes between when I sent a message and when it appeared in chat.

If I recall, some users that used virgin internet had connections issues to the server. Seems to be an issue with the isp. Although this is hard to track down. I'll see if I can find the older threads and their solutions.

Could you do a trace route to the server and send to me privately please.

Thing is, it's only affecting me. After doing some tests it's my bloody ISP's fault.
