Fekkit uses the updated version of Tekkit.

(Instead of using Tekkit Classic, just use Tekkit now!)

what addaptions does fekkit have to ordianry tekkit?

Fekkit is just the name of our server for now until Tekkit closes, it stands for our (F)uture T(ekkit) and uses the standard Tekkit modpack over our current Tekkit Classic server.

So it has galacticraft on ? ^^ I'll definately have a look around on other planets; probably accidentally awaken some machine 404's ancestors built that consumes worlds . .

Had trouble getting any sound; for any others who get this first visit http://connect.creativelabs.com/developer/Wiki/OpenAL%20Installer%20for%20Windows.aspx
and use that to reinstall your openal32, it worked for me
