Hey again
So.as what seems to becoming a trend is these monthly build contests. I'm enjoying seeing everyone's amazing builds and showing creativity. After this months theme you would think they were related well....thing again..
This months theme is.... Custom Biomes
This month, I'm challenging you to design a custom biome which doesn't normally generate in vanilla Minecraft. I want you to imagine a new biome for the game and build it on the server. I want you to get as creative as you can thinking of a unique biome. I have linked an image of a biome I was designing on creative based around honey as an example to know what I mean by custom. Sounds easy but as always there are some criteria to meet.
-The plot given is 10 x 10 x 10 blocks maximum limit. A boarder on the outside does NOT count under the build size for example if you have water in your build and need a glass wall etc.
-You must have a custom tree built as to show a sample of what the biome would be like
-It must be built on the server and have a warp which I can get to when the judging takes place.
-You can build this anywhere on the server taking into account the top criteria
-It should be your own work and be as creative as you can. Go outside the box, not just a plains biome with a tree.
Todays date is 23/02/2021 so the competition ends on 31/03/2021 giving you a month to work on this.
The overall prize for this contest is not as good as other times but if you win, your biome will be commissioned to be the new garden for the museums extension. It will be on display for all to see and explore when they visit the museum.
If anyone wants to add to the prize pool feel free to do so. I really like these contests but I'm kind of out of prizes. Also one last thing is the contest for April from a suggestion from Scratch co will be boats.(Gives me time to build a port as a stage for it....)
Have fun
