ASTA is back! the prices are even lower than last time.

we are located in the new ASTA building right next to the new spawn building ( /spawn). you can't miss it.
this time around, taking all things into consideration, the trading system at ASTA has had some major changes.
first of all, all the items sold in asta have now a "unit price" instead of stack-price or price per 10 units. that leads to the complete makeover of the payment system.
there will be no more trading and paying with iron, coal or diamonds. we only accept gold and redstone as currency now. 1gold=64 redstone.
to note: even tho the payment protocol has changed, the gold/item value follows the old routine. 1 Diamond= 4 gold = 32 iron = 64 coal.

we will try out something new with the buy/sell routine aswell. we will no longer buy items from players. there will be a setup of material providers for ASTA that you can
sell your stuff to, so that they can sell it to ASTA. there will be 4 different material providers who each provide ASTA with their own specific group of items. list:

regular stuff (plants, mob drops)
wool stuff
rare stuff (hard to obtain materials)
maximart (megastacks of basic materials)

ASTA is currently looking for materials providers! long-term-high-profit-cooperation. you make shure the stocks are full, we pay you by the item.

lets say you have 4stacks of dirt, 40 obsidian and 15 cactus you want to sell. you then go with the dirt to the maximart provider, obsidian to the rare stuff provider and cactus to the regular stuff provider and sell it to them.

the item prices will vary in the start until we find a nice balance. they will also be affected by the server events, changes in Kits and changes in the echonomy.
the current list is here. it is being updated as mutch as i have time to do so, however if the prices here and in the shop vary, the prices in this thread will be considered as correct.

minecart tracks = 3 gold, special deal opening "1 gold"
cake= 1g at opening day, cake on purchase.


then there is the megastore feature. you will be able to buy tons of basic construction materials for a very low fee.
when you buy from the maximart, you buy in "megastacks" (8 stacks, 500 units) at a time. there will be possibilities to buy these mats in lower proportions in the future.

prices for 500 units (8 full stacks!):

glass = 4gold
log = 4gold
torch = 8gold

the cloth feature will be set up after a provider shows up.

404thread will run the shops until chest protection comes into action. asta will start hiring employers right after that.

seems like asta is closed until tomorrow. as the prices are now, the loss is so big that i can't keep up with it alone. some prices will go up, some will stay the same.
