hello, all, for those that are looking for a location to call home, a palce that is free from mobs, free form spiders, come to exe hamlet( atm it's a hamlet, 4 residences). the co ords are

z-461

or you can make a minecart and use my private mine cart subway station located at
x 139
y 87
z -149
but it is private land, and has a giant wooden wall around it, you can enter the location via the south exit of spawn, just keep going south till you see a door , then just go up the hill and follow the signs

rules of exe hamlet

1. don't greif
2. don't attack others in the settlement, unless they attack you first and didn't say sorry/ was on purpose
3.please light the top of your building so mobs can't spawn there

building rules

you may build where you want, as long as it doesn't get in the way of someone else's building, you may edit the landscape, cut down trees, move dirt, [don't have ulgy bits of land though like a random 1x1x4 block or soemthing]

I think you have your z and y mixed up in the first coordinate ^-^
