thought this is worth posting here, the scheduled restart got it back running, i logged on just after it had started and saw the message regarding the backups.

Down again: It was fine at around 7pm but I went to have dinner, came back at 8pm and can't connect.

Coming back up now.

please note a witherskeleton is causing the server to crash here:

i'm giving a chance to see if it can be removed manually first, without me restoring from an x day old backup

is that witherskeleton in the overworld? either way i shall hunt it down!!!

Just checked with the dynamic map and those coordinates are my underwater dome. First chance someone gets warp to "voidocean" and yank the safari net from the autospawner. Sorry guys!

Seems to be down Sat morning, but working again later.

Sunday morning: Failed to receive challenge

server appears okay.

new custom server is down.. message "server closing" appeared around 10min ago so approx 21:45 UK time..

Should be coming back up shortly

was up shorty, saw Winters was on the server status on forum, then went down before I could log in.. "failed to receive challenge"

edit: it's up now
