I have disabled the smart caching in the script for now, if it seems to lag without it, I'll re-enable it.

The /home thing not working can be fixed by setting your home again via the /sethome command... so be sure to set it before leaving home!
Also, water ladders are broken, the anti-fly plugin for bukkit sees you moving too fast in one direction and TP's you back to the start. I think it should be tweaked slightly to allow water ladders, so keep an eye out for new versions of that plugin, please? I kind of built my new house around the concept of having a glass "noob-proof" elevator to reach it. I guess I can remove the glass and use standard ladders.. but I'm spoiled by the speed now
